Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Minicu. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in £ and include 20% VAT. We make every effort to display products, specifications and prices accurately, but errors may occasionally occur; where we discover an error we will inform you before dispatch and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel.

Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

Delivery

Delivery terms and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellations & Returns

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, in line with UK consumer law.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
