Shipping Policy

At Minicu we ship every order with full tracking and take pride in fast, reliable dispatch. This policy explains our processing times, delivery options, costs and coverage so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day. Larger or made-to-order items may require an additional 1–2 working days to prepare.

Delivery times begin from the point of dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees, as final delivery is completed by the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders to UK mainland addresses — no minimum spend. Faster services (Express Next-Day, Saturday) are available for an additional charge calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. All prices on our store are shown in £ and include 20% VAT with no hidden fees.

Delivery Coverage

We ship throughout the UK mainland. Remote areas — including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands — may incur a carrier surcharge and a slightly longer transit time, shown at checkout where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link. You can also follow your parcel from our Order Tracking page.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection instructions. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch.
