Refund & Return Policy

Minicu wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your legal rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and how to exercise them.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, notify us within that period by email at Contact@minicu.shop, by phone on +441618374756, or by written notice to the return address below. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Separately from the cancellation right above, if goods are faulty, not as described, or incorrect, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement or refund. You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

How to Return an Item — Step by Step

Contact us at Contact@minicu.shop or +441618374756 with your order number and the reason for return.
We reply within 24 hours (working days) with your return authorisation and instructions.
Pack the item securely, in its original packaging where possible.
Send it to the return address below. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

Items should be unused and in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
For hygiene and safety, certain items that have been unsealed, installed or operated cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund unless they are faulty.
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind cancellations, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs — you will never be out of pocket for our error.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof that you have sent them), to your original payment method. No fees are deducted.

Damaged or Incorrect on Arrival

Please report any damage or errors within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos, so we can arrange a repair, replacement or refund quickly at no cost to you.
